Eaton Square Prep and Nursery Schools has won the ‘Innovative Educational Practices’ category at the prestigious Dukes Awards.

Awarded at Wembley Stadium by Aatif Hassan, Founder of Dukes Education, this award recognises the school, team or individual that has achieved significant student outcomes by implementing innovative educational practices.

Eaton Square’s outstanding methods of weaving the importance of protecting the planet (notably through our pupil-led Eco Committee and last term’s TRASHion Show) were particularly praised among 1,200 educators from across the UK.

Head, Mrs Watt says, “Our teachers have showed dogged determination towards achieving our goals on sustainability, weaving it into all elements of the curriculum and ensuring that our children grow up to be global citizens, ready to thrive in the world. This demands that we look at things innovatively. We are therefore delighted to be the proud winners of this acclaimed award.”
